Going to the dentist is not a “woohoo” moment for anyone, but Dr. Nichols and Dr. Harvey make the experience as pleasurable as it can be. They are down to earth and explain everything as they do it. Man 1: When you have a big family, it’s important that, one, you’re comfortable with your dentist. And, you know, when I think of the medical field…and when I say the word comfortable, what I mean by that is, you know, they actually look forward to coming to the dentist because of the way staff treats my kids.
Woman 1: Dr. Nichols, Dr. Harvey, all the doctors are great, and the staff, it’s amazing. You come in, and if you wanna come into a very happy, inviting environment, this is the place.

And it always happens at a very inopportune moment when you have a bad tooth as either on a holiday, at the end of the day, or on a weekend, and they’re available.
