We treat you how we would want to be treated
We’ve got a lot of good dentists and a lot of good individual pieces here to treat our patient, but we’re really a great team from the front office, to the assistants, to the hygienist, to the dentist. We can offer almost, like I said earlier, whether it’s an infection, crooked teeth, we offer almost every service and from front office to back office, to clinician being able to take care of everybody’s needs in a timely manner in an efficient manner in a cost effective manner, I think sets us apart.
I think when you walk in the doors, it’s a friendly atmosphere most of times when you’re working. There’s some sort of laughter going on somewhere in the office which again, it’s a professional, it’s a good environment to work in every day. So, and again that’s always the goal, is to provide patients with the best care. And yeah, nothing written down in stone but I want across the board here and say, treat people how you want to be treated as cliché as that is. Most of time issues are cut and dry. You’ve got an infection, are you gonna pull the tooth or are you gonna try to stay with it? I hate, you know, when we first get out and feeling like a salesman, if you will. So dentistry for us, it’s a lot of education. Hey, let’s take an x-ray. Let’s take a picture. Let’s show the patient exactly what they have going on in their mouth. And let’s let them make an educated decision on what they want us to do. And it’s pretty straightforward from there.
