Cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at time of treatment.

Third-party financing, such as CareCredit. For more information on this option, visit their website. We also accept Sunbit financing at the Lakewood location ONLY.

Ask about our membership plan. You’ll pay a small monthly fee that covers the cost of annual exams, cleanings, and other routine services. Plus, you’ll save 15 percent on our other services, including cosmetic treatments and restorative care. Plans are available for children, adults, and periodontal patients. Cost is as low as $25 a month, and you’ll receive a 5 percent discount if you choose to pay annually. Plus, there’s no worry over waiting periods, benefit limits, or other insurance hassles.
